The implementation of the consignment agreement made between the two Risoles Hanania and Araya Cake Pekanbaru entrepreneurs and the U MKM food suppliers is based on a juridical aspect through an unwritten agreement in the form of an oral agreement. This agreement has been flawed in the sense that there was a breach of the agreement by one of the parties. The parties who reneged on the agreement were five suppliers for each MSME business who worked with souvenir shop entrepreneurs. Default cases that occur are in the form of late delivery of goods and goods that arrive in an improper condition or defective packaging. Of the two cases experienced by the food souvenir shop, this actually violated the terms of the consignment agreement agreed upon by the parties as the legal source of the consignment agreement. The first case experienced by the Risoles Hanania Shop occurred due to the negligence of the security party who violated the delivery deadline and from the Araya Cake Shop where the security did not accept returns of goods that arrived damaged or with defective packaging even though these two things had previously been discussed in the consignment agreement orally. On the other hand, there are also goods that do not include a halal label on the packaging and have not registered their distribution permit with BPOM, which has led to weak law enforcement in this case because it has violated existing regulations.
