Efektivitas Rehabilitasi Terhadap Pengguna Narkotika (studi Kasus Instalasi Napza Rumah Sakit Jiwa Tampan Provinsi Riau )

On the one hand, narcotics users are perpetrators of criminal acts, but on the other hand, they are victims. According to the typology of victims of narcotics users, they are included in Self Victimizing Victims. They were victims of crimes they had committed themselves. Rehabilitation is one of the efforts to recover and restore conditions for narcotics abuse so that it can return to its social functions, namely being able to carry out activities in the community normally and fairly. The research was conducted using a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Sources and types of data in this study are primary data obtained from field studies by conducting interviews with Counselors, Doctors, and Rehabilitation Patients in Drugs Rehabilitation Installation. Secondary data is obtained from literature study. The data obtained is then processed by examining and correcting the data and then analyzed in order to obtain conclusions that describe the facts obtained from the research. Based on research and discussion, it can be concluded that rehabilitation is capable of being a way of healing and healing victims of narcotics abuse. Broadly speaking, based on the results of interviews with informants, it illustrates how the effectiveness of the rehabilitation itself is seen from the rehabilitation process and is supported by the services and facilities provided by the installation.
