Pengaruh Pemberian Reward Dan Punishment Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Melalui Variabel Intervening Motivasi Kerja Di Pt. Ivo Mas Tunggal Pks Libo Kecamatan Kandis Kabupaten Siak
This study was conducted to improve employee performance at PT. Ivo Mas Tunggal PKS Libo Kandis District, Siak Regancy. The perpose of this study was to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee perfgormance through the intervening variable of work motivation at PT. Ivo Mas Tunggal PKS Libo Kandis District, Siak Regancy. This study uses a quantitative research type. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 90 employees. This study uses Partial Least Squares (PLS) data analysis. The results of the study indicate that reward and punishment have a significant effect on work motivation. Reward and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. As for punishment does not have a significant effect on employee performance. Reward affects employee performance through motivation and punisment affects employee performance through motivation.
