Pengaruh Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi, Dan Motivasi Terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan Pabrik Kelapa Sawit Pt. Inecda Di Indragiri Hulu
This study aims to analyze employee characteristics, the profile of PT Inecda’s Palm Oil Mill, assess competency levels, organizational culture, motivation, and employee productivity, as well as identify strategies for improving employee productivity. The research method used is a survey method with a multistage sampling technique, resulting in a sample of 65 respondents from the CPO production department. Data analysis was conducted using a descriptive statistical approach and the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to identify variables that significantly influence employee productivity. The research findings indicate that most employees in the production department of PT Inecda’s Palm Oil Mill are in their productive age group, with an average education level of high school and more than 10 years of work experience. The CPO production for October 2024 was 4,671.293 tons, with an average processing time of 19 hours per day. Based on the competency analysis, work quality is in the "very good" category, but task completion speed falls into the "poor" category. Organizational culture is generally rated as "good," except for team orientation and aggressiveness, which are in the "poor" category. The recognition indicator in the motivation variable is categorized as "poor," while in the productivity variable, the work quality and efficiency indicators are also in the "poor" category. The study found that competency is the variable that has a positive and significant impact on employee productivity. Strategies to improve employee productivity include enhancing competencies. These findings are expected to serve as a reference for management in developing policies to improve productivity at PT Inecda’s Palm Oil Mill.
