Elections (general elections) are a democratic process, also called elections, used to elect people or organizations who will occupy various government positions. The General Election Commission (KPU) is a state institution, tasked with holding neutral, independent, and professional national elections. To ensure the implementation of elections in accordance with the values of democracy, justice, and transparency. Re-Voting (PSU) is a re-election carried out to replace the results of previous voting that are considered incorrect, invalid, or not in accordance with standards. This study aims to find out how the capacity of the Riau Provincial General Election Commission in voting in the 2024 general election. In this study, the method used is qualitative research. The type of data that can be measured directly comes from the results of observation methods, interviews and documentation to find out the reality that occurs in the field. The conclusion of this study shows that the Capacity of the Riau Provincial General Election Commission has met the standards of Hall et all theory. (2003), namely the completion of the implementation of the 2024 General Election Re-Vote after the Constitutional Court Decision.
