Hubungan Antara Adult Attachment Dengan Kepuasan Pernikahan Pada Dewasa Awal

This study aims to determine the relationship between adult attachment and marital satisfaction in early adulthood. Building relationships with others is an important aspect of an individual's life. In early adulthood, individuals typically begin to form emotional closeness with others, which is often manifested in romantic relationships and marriage. Marriage is one of the common steps taken during this stage. Within a marriage, the level of satisfaction experienced can have both positive and negative impacts on an individual’s life. This study involved 362 early adults in the city of Pekanbaru and used a quantitative method with purposive sampling. The results showed a Spearman correlation coefficient of ? = 0.690 with a significance value of p = 0.001 (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that a higher level of adult attachment is positively associated with a higher level of marital satisfaction.
