Pengaruh Pemberian Reward (penghargaan) Terhadap Kepercayaan Diri Siswa Di Mts Darul Ulum Sukaraja Kab Kuantan Singingi
This study was motivated by the problem of self-confidence of grade VIII students at MTs Darul Ulum Sukaraja, where students' lack of self-confidence was still found during the teaching and learning process, such as the lack of positive feedback between teachers and students in the learning process, environmental conditions that are less supportive in increasing students' self-confidence, and the lack of recognition and appreciation for students for their efforts. The purpose of this study was to determine how giving rewards can affect students' self-confidence. The method used in this study was quantitative, with data collection through a questionnaire designed for grade VIII students at MTs Darul Ulum Sukaraja. The sample in this study was 72 students. This study consists of two variables, X (reward giving) and Y (self-confidence). The results of the study show that the hypothesis test conducted shows a significance value of 0.001
