Gambaran Efikasi Diri Pada Siswa Smkn X Kota Pekanbaru
This study confirms the importance of self-efficacy in influencing academic achievement, practical skills, and readiness of vocational high school students to face the world of work. This study aims to determine the description of self-efficacy of SMKN X Pekanbaru students. This study used 150 students of SMKN X Pekanbaru as subjects, research data were collected using a self-efficacy scale used by researchers based on the theory of self-efficacy presented by Bandura with a total of 30 items. Sampling in this study used a non-probability sampling technique, data analysis using descriptive quantitative analysis. based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the description of self-efficacy of SMKN X Pekanbaru students was in the moderate category, namely 66.7%. Self-efficacy was experienced by male students at 73.1% with a high category while female students with a percentage of 82.5% were in the moderate category. Then students with the most self-efficacy were at the age of 17 years who were in the moderate category, namely 90 students.
