Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada Dinas Koperasi Umkm (usaha Mikro Kecil Dan Menengah) Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance at the Inhil Regency UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) Cooperative Service. The population in this study was all 48 employees. Based on this research, because the population is not greater than 100 respondents, the author took 100% of the population at the Inhil Regency UMKM (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) Cooperative Service Office, namely 48 respondents. Thus, the use of the entire population without having to draw a research sample as a unit of observation is called a census technique or saturated sample. Data collection techniques in this research used interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses quantitative descriptive and with the help of the SPSS (Statistics for Product and Service Solution) computer application program version 21. The results of this research show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the UMKM (Micro Small and Business Cooperatives) Service.
