Pengaruh Gross Profit Margin (gpm), Current Ratio (cr) Dan Return On Assets (roa) Terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba Pada Perusahaan Sektor Property Dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2018-2022

The research aims to analyze the effect of Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Current Ratio (CR) and Return On Assets (ROA) to Profit Growth. Independent variables were used Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Current Ratio (CR) and Return On Assets (ROA). Dependent variable were used Profit Growth. The objects of this research are property and real estate sector companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018-2022. There were 31 companies selected as research sample. Sample selection using purposive sampling method with certain criteria that needs of the research. Data analysis was performed with Ms. Excel and Eviews 9. Panel data regression analysis was used in this study because it saw data types in the form of cross sections and time series with 5% significance level. The result of this research showed that all of the independent variables has positive and significant effect to the Profit Growth. Gross Profit Margin (GPM) has negative effect and not significant to the Profit Growth. Current Ratio (CR) has positive effect and not significant to the Profit Growth. Return On Assets (ROA) have positive and significant effect to the Profit Growth.
