The web-based natural gas network construction work reporting information system for households is intended to increase efficiency in reporting work. Currently, one of the companies carrying out work in Pelalawan Regency, Riau is PT. Noorel Idea has reported that work is still in manual form, making it difficult and slowing down the work process. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research to build a job report information system. The aim of this information system is to make it easier for workers to carry out work reports and provide information in order to provide efficiency in carrying out work. The steps taken in this case are system requirements analysis, system design, and system testing. In this implementation, the PHP programming language is used and MySQL is used as the database. Based on the research results, several things can be concluded, namely: This software can be used to handle the process of filling in data, changing data, deleting and searching for data.
