Respon Pertumbuhan Setek Batang Tanaman Anggur (vitis Vinifera. L) Terhadap Berbagai Pemberian Zpt Alami dan Lama Perendaman

The aim of the research was to determine the effect of the interaction of various natural PGRs and soaking time on the growth of grape cuttings. The research was carried out in the garden area owned by Mr. H. Muhammad Yusuf Siregar S.P as founder or commissioner of PT. Yusa Tama Abadi and owner of Yusa Tama Farm which is located on Jalan Tuah Karya Ujung, RT 04, RW 03, Tuah Madani Village, Tuah Madani District, Pekanbaru. The research was carried out for 2 months, starting from January to February 2022. The design used was a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of two factors. The first factor is the treatment of various natural growth regulators (Z Factor) which consists of 4 levels and the second factor is the treatment of soaking time (L Factor) which consists of 4 levels. So we got 48 experimental units. Each unit consisted of 4 plants and 2 plants were used as samples, so the total number of grape cuttings was 192 stems. Based on the results of the research, it was concluded as follows: The interaction of natural PGR and soaking time had a significant effect on germination age, shoot diameter, longest shoot length, number of leaves per plant, root length per plant, number of roots per plant and root volume. The best treatment is ZPT from coconut water and soaking for 6 hours (Z3L3). The main effect of natural ZPT was significant on all observation parameters, where the best treatment was natural ZPT from coconut water (Z3). The main effect of soaking time was significant on all observation parameters, where the best treatment was 6 hours (L3).
