Pengaruh Komunikasi, Kesejahteraan dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Perusahaan Jasa Rental Mobil di Pekanbaru
The research aims to explore internal elements of the company, such as communication systems, employee welfare, and organizational commitment, with the aim of making significant contributions to improving employee performance, competitiveness, and sustainability of the car rental services industry in Pekanbaru. Quantitative methods with descriptive approaches are used in this study, involving random sampling techniques. Data processing is done using smartPLS (Partial Least Square) software version 3.0. Research results show that communication, well-being, and organizational commitment have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. The discovery provides important but still limited insights into the context of organizations seeking to improve employee productivity by integrating elements such as communication, employee welfare, and organizational commitment, which play a critical role in affecting employee performance and the competitiveness of the car rental industry.
