Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpesonal dan Komitmen Organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Mediasi pada PT. Anugrah Tanjung Medan
The purpose of this research is to evaluate the impact of interpersonal communication and organizational commitment on employee performance, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, at PT. Anugrah Tanjung Medan. This research adopts a quantitative approach with a descriptive point of view. Sampling is usually done randomly. Structural Equation Modeling software based on Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) was used to analyze the data in this study, and the variables investigated in this study are still rarely studied. The results of this study indicate that interpersonal communication has a significant direct impact on job satisfaction. However, organizational commitment does not have a significant impact on job satisfaction. Indirectly, interpersonal communication influences performance through job satisfaction, but organizational commitment does not have a significant effect on performance through job satisfaction.
