THE ROLE OF FAMILY SOCIAL SUPPORT ON PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING IN HEALTH PERSONNEL AT X PEKANBARU HOSPITAL MEILIZA APRINA HABIBAH e-mail: [email protected] ABSTRACT Health personnel face various pressures in their work, such as high workloads, emotional demands, and health risks that can affect their psychological well-being. One factor that can contribute to improving psychological well-being is family social support. This study aims to determine the role of family social support on psychological well-being in health personnel at Hospital X Pekanbaru. The research method used is quantitative with saturated sampling technique, involving 100 health personnel as samples. Measurements were made using The Social Provision Scale to measure family social support and Ryff's Psychological Well-Being Scale to measure psychological well-being. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between family social support and psychological well-being of health personnel, with a correlation coefficient value of (r) = 0.311 and a significance of 0.002
