Analisis Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Dinas Kepemudaan Olahraga Dan Pariwisata Dalam Mempromosikan Objek Pariwisata Di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
This research aims to determine the implementation of promotional activities by the Sports and Tourism Youth Service in promoting tourism objects in Indragiri Hulu Regency. There are 3 indicators used as benchmarks in this study, namely: Advertising (Advertising), procurement of sales support facilities (Saless Support) and Public Relations (Public Relations). The location of this research is the Sports and Tourism Office of Indragiri Hulu Regency and the Raja Lake Tourism Object as the main focus. The results of this study conclude that overall the implementation of the activities of the Sports and Tourism Youth Service in promoting tourism objects in Indragiri Hulu Regency has been said to be quite implemented. the efforts to implement promotions carried out by the agency are a measure of the success of the marketing strategy that has been carried out. The obstacles in carrying out promotional activities are advertising in print media and online media which is still not optimal, the implementation of sales support facilities is still lacking, and there is no visible collaboration with investors. It is recommended that advertising in print media and online media be further enhanced so that visitors are even more interested in traveling, it is further suggested that the implementation of sales support facilities such as holding events be further improved and it is expected that the performance of tourism ambassadors can carry out their duties according to their duties and expectations cooperation with investor
