Manajemen Dinas Sosial, Tenaga Kerja & Transmigrasi Dalam Penetapan Tenaga Kerja Lokal Di Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu
This study aims to determine the management of the Office of Social Affairs, Labor & Transmigration in determining local workers in Indragiri Hulu Regency and to find out the inhibiting factors of the Office of Social Affairs, Labor & Transmigration in determining local workers in Indragiri Hulu Regency. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. This research was conducted in Indragiri Hulu Regency, where the object of this research was the Department of Social Affairs, Manpower & Internal Transmigration of Indragiri Hulu Regency. The informants of this study were the Head of the Indragiri Hulu Regency Social, Labor & Transmigration Service, the Secretary, the Head of the Manpower Sector, Head of Workforce Placement Section, Head of Job Opportunity Expansion Section and Head of Workforce Training Section. The results of the study show that the management of the Office of Social Affairs, Labor and Transmigration in the Determination of Local Workers in Indragiri Regency is carried out in accordance with each section that handles this matter, especially regarding the determination of local workers. Local workers are determined in the Labor Sector section which has 3 sub-sectors/sections. The inhibiting factors for the Office of Social Affairs, Labor and Transmigration in Designating Local Workers in Indragiri Hulu Regency are lack of coordination with companies, lack of promotion through social media and not yet wide coverage of companies.
