This study aims to determine the extent of the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Pematang Tebih Village, Ujungbatu District, Rokan Hulu Regency based on the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Family Hope Program. In this study using William N Dunn's theory, which consists of several indicators that can be seen such as Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equitable, Responsiveness, and Accuracy which are in line with the objectives of the Family Hope Program in Tarai Bangun Village, Tambang District and what are the obstacles in the Evaluation Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Pematang Tebih Village, Ujungbatu District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The type of research used is a mixed method, namely a combination of quantitative and qualitative with Population and Respondents, Government Elements and PKH Facilitators and Community Elements, both PKH recipients and non-PKH recipients determined by author, using census and purposive sampling techniques. The type of data used is primary data collected through questionnaires, interviews and observations, while secondary data collected through regulations, documentation, reports and other data obtained are then analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the Evaluation of the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Pematang Tebih Village, Ujungbatu District, Rokan Hulu Regency was categorized as Poor. It is hoped that the village government and the head of the PKH group as well as the PKH assistants of Tarai Bangun Village will be more selective in determining the recipients of PKH assistance so that they are appropriate and on target so that there are no social gaps in society.
