Children are also an inseparable part of the survival of a nation and state, they also play a role in determining the history of the nation as well as reflecting the nation's attitude to life in the future. Children who are still young or underage with immature thought patterns and unstable emotional levels make them easily fall into actions or actions that are categorized as crimes or violations, whether they originate from their own desires or persuasion from others. What is the process of proving criminal acts against minors who are perpetrators of ongoing harassment according to study number 25/PID.SUSANAK/2021/PN SAK. How the Panel of Judges' Legal Considerations Regarding Children as Perpetrators of Sexual Crimes Continues According to Study Number 25/PID.SUS-ANAK/2021/PN SAK. This research is normative research, namely through existing books and literature, as well as by adding previous journals. This research is descriptive analytical, meaning that the author provides a thorough, clear and objective description and explanation of the subject under study. To achieve this goal, a qualitative approach was used to analyze primary and secondary data The process of proving criminal acts against minors who are perpetrators of ongoing criminal acts of sexual harassment is extracted from Sexual Violence: Myths and Realities, citing the Criminal Code (KUHP). Thus, an important element of sexual harassment is the unwillingness or rejection of any form of attention of a sexual nature.
