Hubungan Daya Juang Dengan Burnout Pada Perawat Saat Pandemi Covid-19 Puskesmas Sidomulyo Rawat Jalan Pekanbaru

Nurses must face patients who are affected by Covid-19 with anxiety and worry about the transmission of Covid-19. Various psychological disorders can attack nurses in carrying out their duties, causing nurses to become emotionally exhausted. The aim of this study was to determine the fighting power of burnout in outpatient Sidomulyo Public Health Center nurses in Pekanbaru, with a total sample of 63 people. The sampling technique in this study used the Simpe Random Sampling method. The data collection technique used a scale that totaled 23 items for the fighting spirit scale and 12 items for the Burnout scale. The results of this study used Spearman Rho correlation test analysis. The results of the analysis tests that have been carried out show that there is a significant influence between fighting power on burnout in nurses at the Sidomulyo Public Health Center Pekanbaru outpatient care, the higher the level of fighting power, the higher the burnout level. The value of the contribution given is R Square of 0.536.
