Strategi Dinas Pariwisata Kabupaten Kampar Dalam Mengembangkan Pariwisata Lokal Ditinjau Dari Perda Provinsi Riau No. 7 Tahun 2016 Tentang Pengembangan Kepariwisataan Dan Tujuan Wisata
The aim of this research is to analyze the strategies implemented by Kampar Regency in developing local tourism in terms of Riau Province Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2016 concerning Tourism Development and tourist destinations and identifying the obstacles faced by the Kampar Regency Tourism Office in Developing Local Tourism in terms of Riau Province Regional Regulation No. 7 of 2016 concerning Tourism Development and tourist destinations. This type of research is included in the category of sociological or legal research. Observational research. The sampling technique used in this research uses a purposive sampling technique, where sampling is carried out with certain considerations with a total of 4 respondents. The means of collecting data in this research is related to the number of respondents, namely submitted through interviews. The strategies carried out by the Kampar Regency tourism office include determining potential tourist destinations that are creative, innovative and have local character in the Regional Tourism Master Plan. The determination of tourist destinations is carried out by paying attention to aspects of land suitability, carrying capacity and environmental capacity, and involving the community and building and providing tourist facilities in conservation areas according to the directions of planning documents in conservation areas. Build tourist facilities by taking into account the capacity and carrying capacity of the environment and the characteristics of the conservation area or based on the RPPLH (if existing) which applies conservation principles so that the environmental sustainability of the area can be maintained. The obstacles faced by the Kampar Regency Tourism Office are: lack of maintenance of visitor facilities, inadequate access to tourist attractions, no budget from the Kampar Regency government, no village regulations regarding tourism, and the quality of human resources for tourism actors is still weak.
