PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN KONSUMEN DI CAFE KALA BUMI PEKANBARU

PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN DI CAFE KALA BUMI PEKANBARU ABSTRAK MANDA WISNU ANDOKO 187210826 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen Cafe Kala Bumi Pekanbaru. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Metode analisis koefisien regresi sederhana serta uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini adalah, secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial kualitas pelayanan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara simultan menyimpulkan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Cafe Kala Bumi Pekanbaru. 3.Berdasarkan uji t terhadap variabel X didapat nilai t hitung (8.052) > t tabel (1,664) dan berdasarkan probabilitas nilai sig.t adalah (0,000) < (0,05) dengan demikian Ha diterima. Dari hasil pengujian tersebut, maka didapat bahwa Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Volume Penjualan. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, Keputusan Pembelian, Cafe
