PENGARUH DIRECT PROMOTION DAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN NASABAH MEMILIH TABUNGAN QURBAN PADA BANK SYARIAH BERKAH, PT. BPRS DANA BERKAH FADHLILLAH AIR TIRIS

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Direct Promotion dan Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Memilih Tabungan Qurban Pada Bank Syariah Berkah, PT. BPRS Dana Berkah Fadhillah, Air Tiris. Merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus) dan sampel berjumlah 39 orang nasabah. Data diperoleh dari hasil Observasi, Kuesioner, Wawancara dan Dokumetasi serta diolah menggunakan SPSS Versi 26. Adapun hasil penelitian ini (a) direct promotion berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah dengan Thitung 6.638. (b) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan nasabah dengan nilai Thitung 3.175. (c) direct promotion dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap keptusan nasabah dengan nilai Fhitung 42.826, serta persentase pengaruh direct promotion dan kualitas pelayanan sebesar 68,8%, sisanya 31,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini seperti: lokasi, harga, persepsi nilai dan lain-lain
