ANALISIS PEMILIHAN FLUIDA PEREKAH DAN PROPPANT BERDASARKAN PARAMETER HYDRAULIC FRACTURING MENGGUNAKAN ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK DI SUMUR X LAPANGAN T

Hydraulic fracturing merupakan teknik stimulasi sumur yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan aliran hidrokarbon, terutama pada formasi dengan shale permeabilitas sangat rendah seperti Sumur T di Lapangan X dengan permeabilitas (2.00×10?? md). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh parameter hydraulic fracturing yakni fracture half length, fracture width, fracture spacing, fracture height, dan fracture permeability terhadap recovery factor (RF) menggunakan pendekatan Artificial Neural Network (ANN) dengan metode Backpropagation. Simulasi dilakukan dengan CMG GEM dan optimasi data menggunakan CMOST. Dataset sebanyak 500 skenario digunakan dengan rasio pelatihan dan pengujian 80:20. Hasil evaluasi model menunjukkan performa prediksi yang baik dengan R² training sebesar 0.828, MSE Training 0.227, MAE Training 0.377 dan MAPE Training 3.836%. dan untuk R² testing 0.877, MSE Testing 0.206, MAE Testing 0.347, MAPE Testing 3,795 % Parameter optimal diperoleh dengan nilai fracture half length 640 ft, fracture height 42 ft, fracture width 2 ft, fracture spacing 46.57 ft, dan fracture permeability 50 md yang menghasilkan Recovery Factor sebesar 11.45%. Fluida perekah dan proppant yang sesuai adalah brine dan CarboProp 30/60, mendapatkan hasil fracture half length sebesar 645.9 ft dan yang di artificial neural network 640 ft jadi presentase eror sebesar 0.79 % artinya dengan menggunakan fluida perekah dan proppant tersebut bisa di pakai dalam sumur T lapangan X
