Pengaruh Pengetahuan Keuangan, Sikap Keuangan, Dan Kepribadian Terhadap Perilaku Manajemen Keuangan Pada Pelaku Umkm Kerajinan Rotan Kecamatan Rumbai

This study aims to determine the financial knoeledge of financial attitudes and
personalities on financial management behavior in rattan handicrafts UMKM,
rumbai sub-district. This research is included in associative causal reseasrch. The
subjects of this study were 32 UMKM owners of rattan handicrafts in the sub district
of rumbai. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The analysis
requirements test included descritive analysis, normality test, heteroscedasticity test,
milticollinearity test. Other analysis technique were multiple linear regression. The

financial management behavior. (1) there is a positive and significant effect of
financial knowledge on financial management behavior in rattan craft UMKM actors
in rumbai sub district (2) there was a positif and significant influence of financial
attitudes on financial management behavior in rattan UMKM craft players in rumbai
sub district (3) positive influence and significant of personality on financial
management behavior in rattan handicrafts UMKM actors in rumbai sub-district.
