Sistem Pengajuan Cuti dan Jadwal Kerja Karyawan (Studi Kasus : Restoran Dendeng Kinchay)

This research aims to develop and implement a leave request and employee work schedule system in the context of Dendeng Kinchay Restaurant. The restaurant has a high demand for efficiently managing employee work schedules and leave requests. The current system relies on manual methods, which are prone to errors and result in imbalanced work schedules. This study will involve a system development methodology consisting of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and evaluation. The collected data will be analyzed using a webbased system design approach to develop an interactive and user-friendly application. The leave request system will enable employees to submit their leave requests online by providing necessary information, such as the dates of leave and the reason for the request. Managers can quickly review and approve leave requests through the interface provided by the system. This will reduce the time and effort required to manage the manual leave request process. Additionally, the system will integrate employee work schedule management functions. Managers can easily create work schedules based on employee availability, operational needs, and individual preferences. The system will notify employees about their work schedules and manage any necessary schedule changes. The results of this research are expected to assist Dendeng Kinchay Restaurant in efficiently managing leave requests and employee work schedules. The implementation of this system will enhance employee productivity, reduce schedule conflicts, and improve employee satisfaction.
