Aplikasi Arang Sekam dan Mikoriza Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Hasil Tanaman Kacang Hijau (Vigna Radiata L.) pada Tanah Ultisol
This study aims to determine the effect of interaction and main husk charcoal and mycorrhiza on the growth and yield of green bean plants (Vigna radiata L.). This research was carried out at the Faculty's Experimental Garden Riau Islamic University Agriculture, Jalan Kaharudin Nasution Km 11. Kelurahan Cold Water, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City starting from the moon November 2021 to February 2022. This study uses a design Completely Randomized (CRD) Factorial 4x4 consisting of 2 factors, namely the first factor husk charcoal dose which consists of 4 levels, namely: 0; 25; 50 and 75 g/poly bag. The second factor is the dose of mycorrhiza which consists of 4 levels, namely 0; 4.175; 8,350 and 12,525 g/polybag. The parameters observed were the percentage of root nodules effective, plant height, number of primary branches, flowering age, harvest age, number of pods per plant, percentage of fruitful pods, dry weight of seeds per plants, weight of 100 dry seeds and percentage of root infection. Observation data statistically analyzed and followed by a BNJ follow-up test with a level of 5%. The research results show that the interaction effect of husk charcoal and Significant mycorrhiza to the observed parameters of the percentage of effective root nodules, plant height, number of primary branches, number of pods per plant, percentage seed pods, dry weight of seeds per plant, weight of 100 dry seeds and percentage root infection. The best treatment dose of husk charcoal 75 g/polybag and mycorrhiza 12.525g/poly bag. The main effect of real husk charcoal on all parameters observation. The best treatment at a dose of 75 g/polybag. main influence Mycorrhiza is real against all observation parameters. The best treatment on dose of 12.525 g/polybag
