Analisis Usahatani dan Pemasaran Nanas di Kecamatan Tapung Kabupaten Kampar Provinsi Riau
Pineapple farming is one of the main sources of income for the people of Pagaruyung Village. This study aims to analyze: (1) characteristics of pineapple farmers and traders; (2) use of production factors and pineapple farming and (3) Marketing: marketing agencies and channels, marketing functions, marketing costs, marketing margins, marketing profits, farmer's share, and marketing efficiency. The research method using survey method. The samples used in this study were farmers and traders totaling 30 people and 16 people respectively. The data of this research were analyzed by descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The results of this study indicate: the average age of farmers is 42,63 years, length of education 10,6 years, experience in farming 7,47 years and family dependents 3,9 people. The average use of production factors per cultivated area is 34.333,33 seedlings, 642,50 kg of urea, 68,63 kg of NPK, 268 kg of KCl, 5,37 liters of gromoxone, 1.815,67 ml of ethrel and 77 HOK of labor. Pineapple production costs Rp 25.983.284,00/cultivated area/year, gross income earned Rp. 86.603.826,67/arable area/ year and obtained a profit of Rp. 60.620.542,67/cultivated area/year and an RCR value of 3.,9 was obtained. There are two pineapple marketing channels and 6 marketing functions carried out in Pagaruyung Village, The biggest marketing cost is in channel II of 154,21/kg. Nilai farmer’s share paling tinggi pada saluran I sebesar 41,51% dan saluran yang paling efisien adalah saluran I dengan nilai efisiensi pemasaran sebesar 2,70%.
