Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Impor Daging Sapi di Indonesia
The volume of meat imports that has not been sufficient for the people's needs has ledto countries importing meat from various countries. This study aims to: 1) Analyze the growth in the volume of beef imports in Indonesia in the 1989-2018 period. 2) Analyze beef imports on the factors of international beef prices, Indonesia's population, Indonesia's GDP, Indonesia's per capita income and the rupiah exchange rate in Indonesia. The method used in this research is a literature study from official publications of institutions related to research This. The results of the study are: 1) The volume of beef imports in Indonesia has experienced a relatively increasing trend in the past 30 years. The highest import volume occurred in 2018, namely 156,261,052 tons with a total growth of 39.84%, however, the highest growth occurred from 2004 to 2005, namely 1,616.45%. Meanwhile, the growth of beef imports experienced the lowest decrease in volume or minus, namely in 1993 (-3.41%), 1998 (61.87%), 2001 (-36.08), 2002 (-30, 84%), 2003 (-6.86%), 2011 (-30.00%), 2012 (-49.45%), and 2015 (-32.69%). 2) Based on the results of the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that the factors that influenced the volume of beef imports in Indonesia in 1989-2018 which significantly affected, namely international meat prices, population, domestic prices and the rupiah exchange rate, were said to be significant because the probability value generated was smaller than the value of α (0.05), while the GDP variable has no effect on the volume of meat imports in Indonesia because the resulting probability is greater than α or 0.05
