ANALISIS PERBANDINGAN KINERJA GLCM-SVM, CNN, DAN HYBRID CNN-SVM PADA KLASIFIKASI KANKER DARAH

Klasifikasi sel darah putih dan merah secara otomatis merupakan tahapan krusial dalam deteksi dini leukemia, khususnya untuk mengidentifikasi sel immature seperti myeloblast dan erythroblast. Penelitian ini membandingkan performa tiga metode klasifikasi: GLCM-SVM (tradisional), CNN-ResNet50 (deep learning), dan Hybrid CNN-SVM menggunakan dataset 5.000 citra sel darah dari Kaggle. Metodologi meliputi prapemrosesan (resize dan normalisasi), augmentasi data, serta pembagian dataset secara stratified (70% train, 15% val, 15% test). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa model Hybrid CNN-SVM memberikan performa paling optimal dengan akurasi pengujian mencapai 99,73% dan macro-F1 score sebesar 1,00, mengungguli CNN murni (99,20%) dan GLCM-SVM yang mengalami overfitting (89,47%). Kemampuan model Hybrid dalam mengekstraksi fitur morfologi kompleks pada sel muda dengan kemiripan visual tinggi membuktikan efektivitas sinergi fitur otomatis CNN dan optimasi hyperplane SVM. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada pengembangan sistem pendukung keputusan klinis untuk identifikasi leukemia yang lebih cepat, objektif, dan akurat.
