ANALISIS PENGARUH GRAPHENE OXIDE NANOSHEETS DENGAN MENAMBAHKAN POLYVINYL ALCOHOL TERHADAP COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH, SHEAR BOND STRENGTH, THICKENING TIME, DAN MICROSTRUCTURE SEMEN PEMBORAN

Penyemenan merupakan tahap penting dalam pemboran untuk mengisolasi zona, menopang casing, dan melindunginya dari korosi. Namun, rendahnya kualitas mikrostruktur semen masih menjadi permasalahan yang dapat menurunkan compressive strength dan shear bond strength. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh Graphene Oxide Nanosheets (GONs) dan GONs yang dimodifikasi dengan Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) terhadap thickening time, compressive strength, shear bond strength, dan mikrostruktur semen pemboran. GONs disintesis menggunakan metode Liquid Mechanical Exfoliation (LME) dan dikarakterisasi menggunakan FTIR, UV-Vis, XRD, serta SEM. GONs 0,4% dengan variasi PVA 0,2–1% ditambahkan ke dalam semen Kelas G dan diuji pada suhu 140 °F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan GONs/PVA meningkatkan thickening time serta menghasilkan compressive strength dan shear bond strength optimum masing-masing sebesar 9195,83 psi dan 2261,66 psi pada konsentrasi PVA 0,4%. Analisis SEM dan XRD menunjukkan peningkatan densitas matriks, penurunan porositas, dan pembentukan produk hidrasi yang lebih baik, sehingga kombinasi GONs dan PVA efektif meningkatkan sifat mekanik dan mikrostruktur semen pemboran.
