ANALISIS PENGARUH FOAM AGENT SIKA AER DAN GRAPHENE OXIDE NANOSHEETS (GONs) TERHADAP DENSITAS & STRENGTH SEMEN PEMBORAN

Semen pemboran memiliki peranan penting dalam keberhasilan operasi pemboran minyak dan gas bumi karena berfungsi mengisolasi zona formasi serta memperkuat ikatan antara casing dan formasi batuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kombinasi foam agent sika aer dan graphene oxide nanosheets (GONs) terhadap densitas, compressive strength, dan shear bond strength semen pemboran. Graphene oxide nanosheets (GONs) disintesis dengan metode Liquid Mechanical Exfoliation (LME) dan dikarakterisasi dengan FTIR, UV-VIS, SEM dan XRD. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian densitas menggunakan mud balance, serta pengujian compressive strength dan shear bond strength menggunakan Hydraulic Mortar Tester pada suhu 140?. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan GONs 0,4% tidak mengubah densitas, tetapi mampu meningkatkan compressive strength dari 5099,90 psi menjadi 7052,30 psi dan shear bond strength dari 540,70 psi menjadi 924,65 psi. Penambahan GONs-FASA secara bertahap menurunkan densitas, compressive strength dan shear bond strength akibat meningkatnya porositas. Akan tetapi, variasi GONs-FASA 0,3% dan GONs 0,4% merupakan konsentrasi optimum terbaik antara penurunan densitas dan peningkatan sifat mekanik semen pemboran.
