Analisis Gaya Bahasa Pada Novel Jadikan Aku Malaikat Kecil-Mu Tuhan Karya Edelweis Almira

The style of language in literary works generally uses the use of language from the point of view of choosing diction to generate appropriate ideas in the imagination of the reader or listener as to what the author thinks or feels. According to Tarigan (2009:4) language style is a beautiful language used to increase effect by introducing and comparing a certain object or thing with other more general objects or things. One form of literary work is a novel. Novel is a work of fiction that is built through various intrinsic elements. The problems of this research are (1) What is the comparative language style found in the novel Make Me Your Little Angel God by Edelweis Almira. (2) What is the contrasting language style in the novel Make Me Your Little Angel, God by Edelweis Almira. (3) What is the linking language style in the novel Make Me Your Little Angel, God by Edelweis Almira. (4) What is the repetitive language style in the novel Make Me Your Little Angel, God by Edelweis Almira. The objectives of this research are: to describe, analyze, and interpret the language style in the novel Make Me Your Little Angel, God by Edelweis Almira. This research method is descriptive method. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that comparative language styles include: parable 1, personification 1, allegory 7, pleonasm 3, periphrasis 1. Contrasting language styles include: hyperbole 2, zeugma 1, anticlimax 1. Linking language style includes: asindeton 12 Repetitive language styles include: epizeukis 1, tautotes 1. In the novel Make Me Your Little Angel God by Edelweis Almira, the most dominant language style is asindeton and the fewest are parables, personification, periphrasis, zeugma, anticlimax, epizeukis, tautotes.
