The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work conflict and workload on the performance of nurses at the Simpang Tiga Health Center, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. This research was conducted with a quantitative descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and research questionnaires. There are 37 nurses at the Simpang Tiga Health Center, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City. From the limited population, all populations were sampled using the census technique. From the results of data analysis, it is known that together work conflict and workload affect the performance of nurses at the Simpang Tiga Health Center, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru City.
