Deviations that occur in terms of wages for workers who use work agreements for a certain time can be seen from workers who work at the Grand Suka Hotel PT Suka Surya Internusa Pekanbaru City where the service fee as agreed in the work agreement is not paid for 7 months, THR money is paid in installments which has also not been paid and salaries are not paid in accordance with the specified time. This is a form of violation of the constitutional rights of workers, which should be accepted by workers in accordance with the agreement that has been agreed with the company. The problem of this research is how the legal protection of workers' constitutional rights in the system of giving wages in a certain time work agreement at the Grand Suka Hotel PT Suka Surya Internusa, Pekanbaru City, and what are the obstacles in providing legal protection to the constitutional rights of workers in the system of giving wages in the work agreement of time. The research method is observational research by means of a survey, meaning that the researcher directly conducts research at the location of the research place, while its nature is descriptive. The results of the research and discussion revealed that the Legal Protection of Workers' Constitutional Rights in the Wage Provision System at a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) at Grand Suka Hotel was not able to be carried out as the agreement had agreed, because in its implementation there was still uncertainty about the rights that must be accepted by the employee. workers because the company is still unable to pay on time, especially regarding the salary or wages of workers every month because the workers have not received it for 7 months and the promised service money also cannot be received by workers anymore and Obstacles in Providing Legal Protection for Workers' Constitutional Rights in the Granting System Wages in a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) at Grand Suka Hotel are the absence of supervision carried out by the Manpower Office and workers or employees do not make complaints or reports to the Manpower Office in terms of employment. late payment of wages or salaries .
