E-government is the use of information and communication technology to support government activities. The implementation of e-government in Sungai Baru Village uses the G2G and G2C types. The G2G (government to government) type is the need to interact between one government and another in order to facilitate cooperation and work processes related to Village Finance and Assets. G2C (Government to citizen) is the most common e-government application where the government builds and implements various portfolios of information technology with the main aim of improving interaction relations with the community through access channels. This study aims to look at the implementation and inhibiting factors in the implementation of e-government in Sungai Baru Village. This type of research uses qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. The data collected using interviews, while the type of interview used by the researcher is a semi-structured interview, which is to determine more open problems. The informants in this study were based on the object under study and based on the relationship between the informants and researchers in the implementation of e-Government in the village. The results of this study indicate that there has been an application of e-government in the Sungai Baru village, this is marked by the existence of innovations, namely the Siskeudes application, Sipades application and the village website. In general, the implementation of e-government in the village has been optimal. This is seen from the elements of successful e-governmant implementation which include support, capacity, and value. First, regarding the support of the village government in implementing e-government, it is already good where the village government is willing to innovate and has implemented e-government in the village. Second, regarding the capacity, there is a telecommunications infrastructure for human resources and the availability of a budget that is already good but not optimal. Third, regarding the value that the implementation of e-government in this village has been utilized and felt by the village government. the implementation of e- government in Sungai Baru Village is also still hampered by several factors such as human resources and infrastructure and the lack of control and guidance functions from the stackholder so that the Sungai Baru Village Government needs to improve human resources and infrastructure and provide training to egovernment implementers in the village. to support the success of e-government development in the Sungai Baru Village Government.
