Pengaruh Disiplin Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Pln Upt Cabang Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of discipline and work environment on employee morale at PT. PLN UPT Pekanbaru Branch. The population in this study were all employees at PT PLN UPT Pekanbaru Branch, amounting to 49 people with a sample of 49 respondents. The sample technique used is a saturated sample, the data collection method uses a questionnaire and the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression assisted by SPSS 23 for windows. The results showed that partially work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee morale. The work environment also partially shows a positive and significant effect on work morale. Based on the results of data analysts, discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee morale. The recommendations given in this study are for employees to be more disciplined in using work facilities and strengthen working relationships among employees so that employee morale is higher.
