Smartphones are made in an effort to make it easier for humans to manage and also advance their thinking through the various features provided. However, the features provided by smartphones make someone forget the time to use them, especially teenagers. Someone is more concerned with smartphones than interacting with people around them and ignores conversations because they are too busy playing smartphones. This behavior is known as phubbing behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between self-control and phubbing behavior in adolescents at SMA Negeri 2 Sungai Limau. The research method used is quantitative. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling with a total sample of 148 people. The data collection used in this study used a self-control scale and phubbing behavior. The data analysis method used is the Pearson product moment correlation.
