Pengaruh Kompensasi Finansial dan Non Finansial Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Takisama di Kabupaten Pelalawan
The purpose of this study was to determine The Effect Of Financial And Non-Financial Compensation On The Performance Of PT Takisama in Pelalawan Regency. In this study using a quantitative descriptive method using primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and distributing questionnaires. The population of this study were all employees in the administrative field at PT Takisama in Pelalawan Regency. The sample was 31 people as respondents who used the census method, namely the total population was used as a sample. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that it was proven that non-financial compensation and financial compensation had a partial effect on employee performance at PT Takisama in Pelalawan district. Simultaneous hypothesis testing showed that it was proven that non-financial compensation and financial compensation simultaneously or together had an effect on employee performance at PT Takisama in Palalawan District
