Pengaruh Program Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi Pada PT. Rotte Bakery Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence of occupational safety and health on work productivity of employees in the production division of PT. Rotte Bakery. The data collection method used is descriptive and quantitative analysis, with a population of all employees of the production division of PT. Rotte Bakery. The sample used in this study was 30 people who only took 9/19 branches of PT. Rotte Bakery, using purposive technique. Based on the results of the study, it was found that occupational safety and health had a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Rotte Bakery.
