Analisis Penerapan Capital Assets Pricing Model (CAPM) Terhadap Keputusan Investasi (Studi Pada Perusahaan-Perusahaan Sub Sektor Industri Pulp And Paper di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2021)

This study aims to determine efficient and inefficient stocks in the Pulp and Paper sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2021 period through the application of the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) method. The population in this study were all shares of the Pulp and Paper sub-sector companies registered for the 2014-2021 period, namely 9 companies with a total sample of 7 using a purposive sampling technique. The data source used was obtained from Yahoo Finance. Based on the results of the systematic risk analysis of individual stocks, the average value of beta (?i) is greater than one (1.348 > 1), so that overall the company shares in this study are aggressive shares in terms of responding to changes in market prices and the most aggressive companies are PT.Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia Tbk and CAPM analysis results obtained that all company shares are included in the category of efficient conditions where Ri > E(Ri). Based on the results of this analysis, it is recommended that investors buy company shares that are included in efficient conditions.
