Upaya Badan Narkotika Nasional Dalam Pemberian Rehabilitasi Terhadap Pelaku Penyalahgunaan Narkoba (Studi Pada Bnn Kabupaten Pelalawan)

Rehabilitation for drug abuse is contained in Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics, Government Regulation Number 25 of 2011 concerning the Implementation of Compulsory Reporting of Narcotics Addicts, Joint Regulation of the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court Number 01/PB/MA/III/2014 concerning Handling of Narcotics Addicts and Victims Narcotics Abuse Into Medical Rehabilitation Institutions, Article 54 of Law Number 35 Year 2009 obliges addicts and narcotics abusers to undergo medical rehabilitation and social rehabilitation. The author took the title "Efforts of the National Narcotics Agency in providing Rehabilitation for perpetrators of drug abuse (study on BNN Pelalawan Regency)" aiming to find out how the reasons for the efforts of the Pelalawan Regency BNN in providing rehabilitation for drug abusers, to find out the rehabilitation mechanism at the National Narcotics Agency of Pelalawan Regency and to find out the obstacles that arise in the implementation of rehabilitation. This research was conducted using qualitative methods and interviews. The author describes the results of the study using descriptive analytical method. The object of this research is the rehabilitation of narcotics users. The results of the interview showed that the rehabilitation efforts for drug abusers by the National Narcotics Agency (BNN) of Pelalawan Regency showed positive results. The Pelalawan Regency BNN continues to promote the Narcotics Prevention, Eradication, Abuse and Illicit Trafficking (P4GN) Program so that village communities are ready to fortify themselves from Narcotics Abuse. The services offered to addicts and drug addicts at the BNN Rehabilitation Center in Pelalawan Regency are medical rehabilitation including detoxification, addiction, outpatient treatment, treatment of complications due to drug side effects, psychotherapy and treatment with two diagnoses, counseling and voluntary testing, social rehabilitation
