Peranan Dinas Perindrustian Dan Perdagangan Dalam Pengelolaan Pasar Kaget Di Kelurahan Simpang Tiga Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the role of the Department of Industry and Trade in managing the Shock Market in Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. This study focuses on three shock markets in Simpang Tiga Village which are located on Jalan Karya I, Jalan Rantau I, and Jalan Tengku Bey (Perum Korem) with a descriptive qualitative method. The results of research on the role of the Department of Industry and Trade in the Management of Shock Markets in Simpang Tiga Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City were analyzed using three indicators. First, the norms or rules of the Pekanbaru City Government No. 9 of 2014 concerning the management of people's markets, shopping centers, and supermarkets by the Industry and Trade Office of Pekanbaru City has tried to carry out its duties even though it is not optimal and the Industry and Trade Office has never given permission to shock markets in Pekanbaru City. Both Individuals in the Community as Organizations it was found that the Department of Industry and Trade did not have sufficient human resources and facilities to carry out their duties, so they were not optimal in carrying out their duties. The three individuals in the social structure of the community found that many people and traders who like the shock market for various reasons in Pekanbaru City so that the shock market has become a common thing and even helps the economy of the people of Pekanbaru City because of the lack of action taken by the Department of Industry and Trade in carrying out its activities. it's his role.
