Analisis Usaha Agroindustri Kopi Pada Usaha Rumah Tani Kopi Di Kelurahan Air Dingin Kecamatan Bukit Raya Kota Pekanbaru

Agroindustry is an industry that transforms agricultural products to increase added value. One of the agroindustry that is currently developing is the coffee agroindustry. This study aims to analiyze: 1) characteristics of entrepreneurs and workers as well as the profile of the Rumah Tani Kopi agroindustry. 2) Utilization of production technology, production factors and the production process of the Rumah Tani Kopi agroindustry. 3) Production costs, production, prices, income and efficiency of Rumah Tani Kopi agroindustry. 4) The added value of the agroindustry of Rumah Tani Kopi. The method used in this study is a case study method in Rumah Tani Kopi Business in Air Dingin Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City, which will be carried out from January 2022 to June 2022. Respondents were taken intentionally (purposive) namely employers and labor who were directly involved in the production process. The results showed that the characteristics of Rumah Tani Kopi agroindustry entrepreneurs were in productive age with 16 years of education and 7 years of business experience in the coffee industry and had no family dependents. The average age of the workforce is also in the productive age, with an average education level of 16 years, an average business experience of 2 years and no family dependents. Controls small businesses by relying on their own capital. There are 4 workers who are directly involved in the production process who come from outside the family. The technology used in the processing of coffee beans is to use modern technology. The raw material is coffee beans which are used as much as 30 Kg/production process. The coffee production process includes the preparation of raw materials and other materials, roasting of coffee beans, cooling and packaging. The agroindustry production cost of roasted coffee is Rp. 2,604,172/production process. The production of roasted coffee produced is 28 Kg/production process. The selling price of roasted coffee is Rp. 165,000/Kg. The gross income of roasted coffee agroindustry is Rp. 4,620,000/production process. The net profit of roasted coffee was Rp. 2,015,828/production process. The agroindustry efficiency of roasted coffee was 1.77. The added value of roasted coffee obtained was Rp. 89,687 (58.45%).
