Analisis Pendapatan Dan Nilai Tambah Agroindustri Kerupuk Ikan (Kasus: Agroindustri Kerupuk Ikan Karya Bunda Desa Pangkalan Batang Barat Kecamatan Bengkalis)

Agro-industry is an activity that utilizes agricultural products to be processed into products that have economic value. One of the agro-industry businesses that utilize fishery products is the agro-industry created by Mother, which processes fish into fish crackers. Currently the fish cracker business is an alternative to developing the rural economy. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of entrepreneurs, business profiles, procurement of raw materials, supporting materials, production technology, production processes, costs, revenues, efficiency and added value. The method used in this research is a survey method. This research was carried out for 6 (six) months starting from March 2022 to August 2022. The results showed that the average age of entrepreneurs is 44 years, length of education is 10 years, business experience is 10 years and the number of family dependents is 3 people. Adequate raw materials are available, technology is in the form of semi-modern equipment, with an average production capacity of 28 Kg/production process. The average total production cost is IDR 924.278,59/production process, gross income is IDR 1.120.000, net income is IDR 195.721,41, and the RCR value is 1,21. The added value obtained is IDR 68.500/Kg of raw material. Fish cracker entrepreneurs should use better technology to increase production and entrepreneurs should also sell fried crackers to make it easier for consumers to consume.
