Uji Jenis Zat Pengatur Tumbuh Alami dan Jenis Pupuk Organik Terhadap Setek Jeruk Lemon (Citrus Limon L)

This study aims to determine the interaction effect and the main types of natural growth regulators and types of organic fertilizers on lemon cuttings. This research was carried out in the experimental garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Riau Islamic University, Jalan Kaharudin Nasution, KM 11, No. 113, Air Cold Village, Bukit Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The study was conducted for 3 months, starting from January to March 2021. The design used in this study was a Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 2 factors. The first factor is the type of ZPT which consists of 4 levels; without growth regulators, 75% young coconut water, 75% garlic extract, and 75% shallot extract. While the second factor was the type of organic fertilizer consisting of 4 levels: without organic fertilizer, 112.5 grams of cow dung bokashi, 112.5 grams of kascig fertilizer, and 112.5 grams of taspu fertilizer/plant. Parameters observed were the percentage of growing cuttings, age of shoots, shoot length, stem diameter, number of shoots, number of leaves, and number of roots. Observational data were analyzed statistically and continued with the BNJ follow-up test at the 5% level. The results showed that the interaction of growth regulators of shallot extract and taspu fertilizer had an effect on all observed parameters. The best treatment was found at a dose of 75% shallot extract and 112.5 g/plant Taspu fertilizer. The main factor of the growth regulator of shallot extract affects all observation parameters. The best treatment was found at the Taspu fertilizer dose of 112.5 g/plant.
