Pemanfaatan Tepung Daun Singkong (Manihot Utilisima) Yang Difermentasi Dan Tepung Ikan Terhadap Pertumbuhandan Dan Kelulushidupan Benih Ikan Nila (Oreochromis Niloticus)

this research was conducted for 30 days starting from July-August with the aim of knowing the effect of using fermented cassava leaf flour and fish meal as well as the best percentage of fermented cassava leaf flour and fish meal on growth and Tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). This study used a completely Randomized Design (RAL) which consisted of 5 treatments and 3 replications. The treatment is as follows: P1 Fish Meal 100% P2 Fish Meal 75% + Fermented Cassava Leaves 25% P3 Fish Meal 50% + Fermented Cassava Leaves 50% P4 Fish Meal 25% + Fermented Cassava Leaves 75% P5 Fermented Cassava Leaf Powder 100% . From the parameters measured in this study, the best results were obtained in the P2 treatment, namely feeding 75% fish meal pellets + 25% fermented cassava leaves. Where survival was 84.44%, absolute weight growth was 3.44 g, length growth was 2.15 cm, daily growth rate was 16.35% and feed conversion was 1.01%. While the water quality parameters during the study were temperature ranging from 28-32 0C, pH 6-7, dissolved oxygen 7.7 – 10.4 mg/l and ammonia 0.00-0.08 mg/l.
