Persepsi Pengunjung Terhadap Ketersediaan Fasilitas Wisata Panorama Ampangan Kecamatan Payakumbuh Selatan Kota Payakumbuh

Panorama Ampangan is one of the natural attractions in the city of Payakumbuh. Panorama Ampangan Tourism is one of the most reliable tourist destinations because it always has statistics on tourist visits that were busy before the Covid-19 pandemic and became a series of recommended tours. Panorama of Ampangan before entering the Covid-19 pandemic, namely in 2019, became one of the benchmarks for success for other tourism destinations by the Payakumbuh City Government. In 2022 there will be a decrease in visitors compared to the previous year. When viewed from the availability of tourist facilities in the Panorama Ampangan tourist area, there are several facilities that require improvement. This study aims to produce an overview of the condition of existing facilities and tourists' perceptions of tourist facilities. Identification of the condition of facilities and tourists' perceptions of tourist attraction facilities is seen based on the main, supporting and supporting facilities. In this research, the data used is in the form of an overview of the condition of the facilities and visitors' perceptions of the facilities. The data was obtained through observations and questionnaires distributed to Panorama Ampangan tourists, so that as many as 99 respondents were obtained. This study uses a mixed analysis method, namely descriptive qualitative analysis to describe the existing conditions by observation and quantitative descriptive analysis by weighting/scoring using a Likert scale which is tested for validity and reliability to determine visitor perceptions. The results of this study found that the condition of the Ampangan Panorama Tourism facility based on observations contained several facilities requiring repair and attention such as canteens, parking areas and prayer rooms. the results of the study were seen from the level of visitor satisfaction with all tourist facilities resulting in a percentage value of 62%. This percentage is in a fairly good category because it is still in the range of 52.01-64.00%. The highest results were found in the main facility, namely the photo arena with a score of 81%. So it can be concluded that the community is quite satisfied with the Panorama Ampangan tourist facilities, although there are several facilities that require repair and attention
