Property is an asset such as land, buildings, facilities and infrastructure whose parts are inseparable from the land or building itself. Nowadays, many people in Pekanbaru are looking for property such as boarding houses, rented houses or kind of like that through intercessor or agency to get information, therefor it takes a long time survey process. This research is conduct to diminish the survey process to make it easier and faster in finding properties by utilize the coordinates point provided by the application. In developing this application research, technology and web-based application concepts will be used to build local property applications as marketing media and mediators in finding property and real estate in Riau.
