Evaluasi Rth Putri Kaca Mayang Sebagai Taman Bermain Ramah Anak Kota Pekanbaru

RTH Putri Kaca Mayang is one of the parks that has been accredited by the Indonesian Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection in 2019. The currently available playgrounds are considered unsafe and comfortable to use for children. At some point the game is damaged and does not meet the standards based on the Public Playground Safety Handbook. This study aims to evaluate the Kaca Mayang playground based on the public playground safety handbook which has international standards. The research method used is qualitative and quantitative methods. In a qualitative method to determine the condition of Putri Kaca Mayang RTH. Meanwhile, the quantitative method to find out whether Putri Kaca Mayang RTH meets the criteria for playground safety, child-friendly playgrounds and the perceptions of parents who have children aged 2-12 years. The results of the research based on the concept of the public playground safety handbook and the concept of a child-friendly city state that Putri Kaca Mayang RTH is quite child-friendly. Meanwhile, based on the parents' perception, Putri Kaca Mayang's RTH was not suitable for children.
